Aluminum Extended Magazine Plate

The Strike Industries Aluminum Extended Magazine Plate for GLOCK™ G17 (9mm) / G22 (.40 cal) was designed to provide smoother magazine reloading through a slow drag / no snag design while maintaining maximum magazine capacity. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, this Extended Magazine Plate (EMP) adds plus 5 9mm or plus 4 .40 cal rounds to compatible OEM double stack GLOCK™ magazines. Following the success of our EMP systems for pistols, the form factor and unique geometric design gives a unified and aggressive aesthetic look to your GLOCK™ G17. Included is an aluminum plate which adds extra locking security. Disclaimer:

• Due to numerous factors that take place during the anodization process, the color lines from batch to batch of a certain product may vary
• Threaded holes located on EMP are anodizing blind holes and may not be completely covered with coating

Warning:

• DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN set screw when installing the aluminum locking plate. If you are unsure, please contact our customer support team or consult with your local gunsmith.
• SI aluminum EMP was intentionally designed to be a tight fit and can damage the polymer magazine body base ears. Must be installed by a certified gunsmith only.
• Use of small c-clamp (or similar tool) to gently and lightly squeeze the bottom middle of the magazine body just above the plastic locking ears where the SI aluminum EMP attaches to the magazine. Just enough so the SI aluminum EMP will slide in or out. Be careful not to bend the OEM magazine body metal liner and remove the c-clamp (or similar tool) as soon as the SI aluminum EMP is installed or removed. C-clamp or similar tool may mar/scratch magazine body surface. Please be careful and use a material to protect the magazine body surface
