The Arsenal Factory SBR AR-M14SF TACT is a civilian semi-automatic rifle built on a milled and forged receiver blank and chambered in 7.62 x 39mm. It features a short gas system, an 8.5-inch chrome-lined hammer-forged barrel with 24×1.5mm right-hand threads, and a tactical right-side folding stock machined from a single piece of hard-anodized aluminum. For an optic under $1,000, a 1-6×24 low-power variable optic such as the Vortex Strike Eagle or Viper PST 1-6×24 pairs well for close-to-medium-range work while preserving the rifle’s iron-sight capability.
